Stress Busting Strategies

































       Help staff plan daily Stress Busting activities to lower their stress levels generally
       over time.



       ▪ Some people find vigorous exercise works best to lower their stress levels.



       ▪ Others prefer calming activities such as mindful breathing, meditation or a warm bath.



       ▪ Some find arts or crafts, playing music or a card game helps them to relax.



       ▪ Our focus should be to help people find the right activities for them. Give opportunities for
            the staff team to plan different stress busting strategies to suit different staff members.
