The 10 Point Response Plan
The response plan includes three sections:
1. Responding in the moment: Calm, Connect, Support
2. Follow-up: problem solving for next time & repairing any harm
3. Coaching for Change: filling cups of need & building skills so that the
child can learn well and respond pro-socially in the future.
