                                I explained how the things we say and do can become strong





















                                brain habits.




































                                We can have helpful habits and unhelpful habits.


































                                Habits are a bit like the cotton I put around your hands:





















                                the more threads I tied, the stronger the hold and the






















                                more difficult to break.





















                                Good and bad habits can become strong.







































































































































                   The good news is that we can change those habits. It





















                   just takes lots of practice! We will look at that more next





















                   time.
