What will happen if you struggle to keep to


      what we agreed?





      1.     We will remind you of the expectations agreed. We will ask what you need to get back on

             track.



      2.     If you still do not manage, we will try this again.


      3.     If you still cannot manage, you may need to be in a different space where you can do well.



      4.     There will be a Coaching Conversation before bed or before the next time we do that same
             activity. We will work out what was not ok for you and how you can manage better next

             time.



      5.     If this keeps happening, you will have longer coaching sessions to build the skills you need
             to do well.
