Policy ASW 5 – Sites for New Homes

The Neighbourhood Plan provides for the development of a minimum of 62 homes during the Plan
period, to be delivered as follows:
- On sites allocated in Policy numbers 6 – 10, and
- On windfall sites

Indicative numbers of dwellings for each site will be reviewed at the application stage and this may
result in a higher number of dwellings once detailed design schemes are prepared.
