downright dangerous.

3. The proposed car parking provision within the
development is inadequate and will in all eventuality end
up with spill over onto the grass verges on the A22 thus
creating a sight line hazard for those exiting onto an
already extremely busy road.

Today there has been a submission from the developer,
as per your request, to include the access road as part of
the development. May we now assume that if the plan is
approved we will continue to have right of way over this
access and that Policy AWS 10 should now be
implemented?
