We now turn to the latest filed site plan. We notice that the red line boundary has been
redrawn to include the entrance drive from the Lewes Road. We are at a loss to understand
why this has been done. Can you please explain the thinking behind this change? We are
under the impression that this is land owned by the Life Improvement Centre and is an area
over which those requiring access to either Ashbourne Park or the EDF site have a right of
way. We would appreciate confirmation that nothing connected with ANY proposed
development of the EDF site will interfere in any manner with our existing rights of way.
