5.24 A lYPICAL CONVERSATION: 5 m MARCH 2018
113. On 5 th March 2018 99 , LPJS had a very unsatisfactory but typical conversation with the
Claimant 100 which - among others - she recorded on her mobile telephone. It included the
following exchanges:
Claimant I can list my financial obligations and what I have and you can have that in
writ but I nearly think I should be represented now because I feel, I feel
it's. it's. I'm up, I'm up in Court with him not you. It's not you and your kids
because YOU BAS/CALL Y HA VE THE ASSET OF THIS HOUSE and I have said
to you, you 're just going to have to sell it to get on with it but if not .. but
that is my pure fucking decision and that is my decision made on what my
future is going to be or. or .....
Claimant I don't want to - I might just write a letter to the Judge and say I'm not
prepared to. to. to give out my financial - WHO tells me to give out my
financial situation?
LPJS: They are not asking for it - I'm just going to counter argue that he has
plucked these figures out of the sky and they're wrong
Claimant I can give you some ball figures, but you know the figures
LPJS: Yeah but if you could just write it for me
Claimant But I do NOT want to be mentioned in that FUCKING COURT BECAUSE IT
HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME
LPJS: Well it has to be to do with you because you are living here
Claimant: Yes
LPJS: So, you can't pretend you don't exist
Claimant No but if it was anything ..... I should now at this stage be given some sort of
