17 CONCLUSIONS
237. The Court may be alarmed by the allegations made against the Claimant. They have
not been made lightly and are based on solid evidence - with more to emerge on
disclosure. LPJS urges the Court to remember that she has made every effort to resolve her
suspicions quietly and in confidence, but it was not to be.
238. LP JS apologises for the length of this submission but trusts it will assist the Court
understand the context in which the CMC-FDR it is being held and that the presentation
of the dispute as purely a routine TO LAT A matter is false.
18 MICHAEL COMER'S BIOGRAPHY
239. LPJS urges the Court to accept MJC as a McKenzie Friend and to grant him rights of
audience. He successfully participated in such a capacity in the three-day Final Hearing of
LPJS's divorce in late October 2010 and was commended by Judge Bowman, both for
the way he presented the evidence and conducted himself throughout; including cross
examining the Respondent. He also successfully participated in subsequent FDR hearings.
His biography is attached (Attachment 5).
