if there shall be more than one of such issue they shall take in equal shares per stirpes.

Definition of my Estate

In my Will where the context so admits "my Estate" shall mean:

7.1 All my property of every kind wherever situated.

7.2 All my property of every kind wherever situated over which I have a general power of
appointment.

7 .3 The money investments and property fJom time to time representing all such property.

8. Administration of my Estate

My Trustees shall hold the residue of my Estate upon trust to retain postpone or sell it and
will:

8.1 Pay any debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

8.2 Deal with the remainder ("my Residuary Estate") as I now direct.

9. Gift of Residue

I give my Residuary Estate for such of my son Samuel Michael Anthony Siggers, my son
Thomas Mark Anthony Siggers, my daughter Blaize Octavia Darcy Louise Siggers and my
son Joshua Nicholas Anthony Siggers subject to each attaining 18 years of age and while
any beneficiary hereunder is under such age the income thereof shall be accumulated or
applied wholly or in part by my Trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time for
his or her maintenance education or benefit as shall survive me and if more than one in
equal shares and if any of them shall fail to obtain a vested interest leaving issue who
survive me then such issue shall take by substitution such failed share and if there shall be
more than one of such issue they shall take in equal shares per stirpes but so that no issue
shall take whose parent is alive and so capable of taking.
10. Non-Provision Declaration

I DECLARE that I have NOT made any provision in my Will for Anthony Peden Mark
Siggers.

11. Standard Provisions

The Standard Provisions and all of the Special Provisions of the Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners (2nd Edition) shall apply.
