1. Any declarations of income, assets and compensation received that were completed or
submitted by the Claimant in respect of his insurance claims with AIG, Hiscox,
Cirencester Friendly and Diamond Insurance.

2. Correspondence between the Claimant ( or anyone on his behalf) and AIG, Hiscox,
Cirencester Friendly and Diamond Insurance in relation to:

(i) The Claimant's personal injury claim; and

(ii) The final insurance pay-out to be received by the Claimant in respect of each
policy.

3. Communications (i.e. letters, emails, WhatsApp messages, etc.) from 28 April 2014 to
date exchanged between the Claimant and the First Defendant in relation to:

(i) The Claimant's personal injury claim;

(ii) The payment of funds by the Claimant to the mortgage account linked to Nutley
Place;

(iii) Any alleged loan made as between the parties;

(iv) The ownership of Nutley Place and the alleged investment in the property made
by the Claimant;

(v) Any Last Will and Testament executed by the Claimant or the Defendant.

4. The application, policy and claim forms in respect of the Claimant's insurance claims
with AIG, Hiscox, Cirencester Friendly and Diamond Insurance.

5. The Claimant's contract of employment with easy Jet.

6. Cancelled cheque no 0046 from Claimant to Barclays Bank dated on or around 21 st
December 2016.
