Incomplete Disclosure

We are in a position to exchange the documents requested from our clients list
and as directed by the Court and it is your client who is intentionally causing
delay by not complying with the Court directions. Please confinn by return that
you in a position to exchange these documents.

Previous requests for evidence of source of funds

As stated above the source of funds is irrelevant and not an issue before the
court. Our client will not be producing any documentation relating to this
because he does not need to nor has he been ordered to. Your client did not
raise this in her defence as it could not properly form part of her defence. It is
frankly a spurious point which your client and her father seem intent on
erroneously trying to advance.

The way forward

We have agreed to a round table meeting taking place on 27 July 2020. Our
client sincerely hopes a resolution will be reached on that day. In the meantime,
please respond regarding exchange of disclosure documents.
