Before my Court Case March 6 th7 2018

Asking Sig if he can type me a note to take to Court for my reference re: his
finances. Anthony is claiming that Sig has a 4 million payout coming (which isn't
true) - Sig is very reluctant to put anything in writing and gets increasingly
agitated that the Court and Anthony could possibly factor him into my finances -
eventually agreeing to write me a note to take to Court with me

SS: I can list my financial obligations and what I have and you can have that in
writing but I nearly think I should be represented now because I feel, I
feel its, its, I'm up, I'm Up in Court with him not you. Its not you and your
kids because YOU BASICALLY HA VE THE ASSET OF THIS HOUSE and I
have said to you you're just going to have to sell it to get on with it but if
not .. but that is my pure fucking decision and that is my decision made
on what my future is going to be or, or

LS: Ok then you have to write that you are not prepared to swallow his
arrears, that you are not prepared to pick up his missing pieces

SS: Yeah but I should not, but if I need to make a statement in Court then I
need to be represented

LS: I'm going to represent you

SS: Yeah but umm ..

LS: That's exactly what I'm going to do

SS: No, no Yeah, Yeah but I want to be there, I want to stand up with that
Judge and get some justice, because I want to know my rights, because I
am not prepared to let your life, all now, I need to know my rights on
what is, is, is expected of me, being in a relationship with a woman who
has a family which I basically been looking after over the last 9 years

LS: Yeah but they wont expect you to pay for everything, they never

SS: No but ..

LS: will Yeah but as a step dad your not expected to take on the obligations of
someone else's children

SS: Yeah but I'm standing there

LS: and he gets off scott free
