• Horwich Farelly estimate of costs for Diamond = £201,977.90

Diamond indicated they would fight the case on grounds of causation and I
was advised by counsel to settle for £325,000:which I did.

My final compensation is not agreed (but is being negotiated by Kinsgley
Napley). For certain, it will be nothing like the £4 million Anthony Siggers
asserts.

Equally, his statement that my existing annual income if £76,000, is
ridiculous. It is currently less than £25,000.

I am still receiving payouts of £2,400 a month via Cirencester [Insurers)
because I am still not earning a salary.

Currently, subrogated claims against me are expected in amounts as yet
unspecified.

SFI training.

I have undergone self-funded training as Simulator Instructor A320 to a
total cost of approx. £20,000

I have set up own LTD company and joined L3 as a consultant. Still under
training without earning, but expect to earn soon.
Daily rate £450

Bid for work, realistically 8-10 days a month.
£3,600-£4,500 a month before tax.

Personal debt:
Outstanding training cost, personal loans plus credit card, Total £70,000
