Dear Michael,
I am very sorry indeed to hear of developments. Louise may have the option of making her own variation application
given this major change of circumstances but she can't really do so unless Anthony's own circumstances actually do
significantly improve from the current position. The Order further leaves open the possibility of applying for financial
relief on behalf of the children under the Children Act (rather than for Louise herself) but again she will need to be in
a position to prove Anthony had come into serious new money. Orders themselves can only really be 'overturned' in
the event it is possible to prove fraud.
I don't know if Louise wants to challenge Sigve over the money he paid into the mortgage. Arguably that money was A
invested/ loaned and as no findings were made at the Hearing as to what that financial decision actually was she 'If J

may not be estopped from making that point now in any dispute with Sigve.
If you want me to give this matter more than provisional thought let me know.

Many kind regards, t-..

Dear Richard,
Sigve Solheim decided to up sticks and has left Lou. The break is permanent and he is pressing

I asked Sigve before the final hearing on 21 May 2018 whether his relationship with Lou was
st
solid and he assured me it was. It now appears that this was a lie.
