I repeat my request that you, the developers and owners involved in Wealden House should
               disclose details of the integrated project (including a viability assessment, a revised market
               survey and junction evaluation) and comply with the AWNP by accepting that (a) the EDF
               site has a limited potential for development (a maximum of 23 units) and (b) that there is
               absolutely no presumption in favour of any development on the LIC site.

               You should not continue to string along Ashgrove Homes Ltd in the way laid bare in your
               correspondence, nor mislead Ashbourne Park Owners’ Association and other residents into
               believing that their lives will not be ruined by an horrendous “urbs in rure”. They are joint
               victims of planning incompetence and arrogance.

               Please stop tinkering with design minutia, concentrate on principles, the integrated plans for
               Wealden  House, the objectives of the AWNP and the spirit of paragraph 128 of the revised
               National Planning Policy Framework .
