STEPS TOWARDS AN AGREED STATEMENT OF FACTS
And stipulations
9 THE RESULT
The integrated development – of 120 flats with mainly transient residents - would degenerate
into a ghetto and the A22 become one of the most congested and dangerous roads in the
county.
Moreover, the supposedly altruistic objectives of social engineering , involving “mixed” Page | 34

communities, anti-coagulation and affordable housing will be exposed as meaningless
placebos. This is especially true of the proposed development because its design inherently
sows the seeds for disharmony.
In short, the development, as currently intended, is a recipe for disaster.
10 THE SOLUTION

neighbouring properties, thereby protecting and enhancing the character and distinctiveness
of the village
Many villagers were impressed by Ashgrove Homes Limited and suggested working

correct and progressive.
