Added sugar can make it hard to think.  It


                 can give you a headache. Sugar can make


                 you become ill.  It can also cause problems



                 for your hears.  Do you feel tired a lot?  It


                 could be that you are eating too much


                 sugar.  Foods like cookies, cakes, and



                 drinks have lots of added sugar.  Even


                 foods we think are good for us, like yogurt,


                 can also have added sugar.






                       In many countries, food makers have to


                 say how much sugar is in their food.  This


                 is so that people can decide if they want to



                 buy that kind of food or choose one with


                 much less sugar.  For example, some


                 breakfast foods contain lots of sugar while


                 others have much less.
