“Of course!” Stanley said. The
lawyer told him the date, and Stanley
promised to be there.
On the day of the court case, Stanley
went to the court. The lawyer for the driver
of the white car asked him lots of questions
about what he had seen, then he asked
Stanley how old he was.
“I’m eighty-two,” answered Stanley.
“Do you usually wear glasses?” asked
the lawyer.
