Having capable and talented employees join our organization is a crucial step toward moving our business forward. That%u2019s why we introduced the Management Trainee Program%u2014 to empower young talents to showcase their abilities, perspectives and challenging assignments. The program aims to encourage their growth while contributing to the organizations sustainable. This year, the Business Unit Consumer Goods has opened its doors to passionate and dynamic new-generation talents, who were selected through a competitive process including interviews and assessments based on DKSH%u2019s People DNA, which reflects the core of our company culture: Our 4 People DNA Dimensions: ACT with Purpose Acting with intention and a clear goal. We look for individuals who are systematic thinkers with a vision that aligns with the organization%u2019s strategic direction. CARE about Others Empathy and the ability to understand others. These help to connect across diverse teams and build meaningful, collaborative relationships that support long-term success. DELIVER with Direction Delivering results through teamwork and adaptability is key to building a high-performance culture and creative responses to change. GROW with Passion Growth begins with self-awareness and understanding areas for improvement while open mind to feedback. After the initial selection round, the trainees participated in a case study challenge, applying key marketing concepts such as the 4Ps and SWOT Analysis with CG products%u2014putting their analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.At the end of this process, we are honored to introduce the first of Management Trainees joining our CG Business Unit: %u2022 Mr Kanin Pornjaratpisut (Fluke) %u2022 Miss Nattapicha Akkho (Pimploy) %u2022 Miss Sirinya Lertvisatterakul (Jinny) This is just the beginning. Over the next 12 months, these Management Trainees will rotate through different teams within the CG Business Unit, including Sales and Client Management (CM). Through hands-on exposure to diverse work environments, they will sharpen their problem-solving, critical thinking skills and contribute new perspectives and innovation into the organization. We believe that these young talents will be key role in leading change and driving our business forward. Lastly, we warmly encourage all colleagues to give a heartfelt welcome to our three new trainees and be part of their learning journey.
