   This 8-week health series offers a variety of wellness and exercise classes. Registration is separate for each class, so you can select which classes you’d like to attend. For classes with a limited size, registration is required and will open on March 1 at 1 PM.
Meditation & Mindfulness 101

In this interactive and fun first class in our Healthy Lifestyles series, learn the science and art of meditation, including how to integrate meditation so that it becomes a lifestyle through mindfulness. Certified Meditation Instructor Trice Berlinski will share stories, give demonstrations, and walk you through some practices you can use on your own. Registration recommended.

the digestive system is able to do its job. The class will answer many questions, including: How important is variety in food choices? Do I need carbohydrates? What does fat do for me? DrumFit
Cardio Drumming

DrumFit coaches will lead this drumFIT Cardio Drumming class, combining fun music with cardio moves as you drum on a fitness ball. This is a full-body cardio class suitable for all fitness levels. No drumming experience is required, and all balls and drumsticks will be provided. Registration required. Registration begins March 1 at 1 PM.

Join us for the last class with Rose McCabe of Body Solutions Therapeutic Massage and Functional Fitness. This class offers big benefits in little time. A series of consecutive exercises, this class will build muscle strength while providing cardiovascular benefits. Registration required.
