If you’ve already taken Dr. Paul Lam’s Beginning Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention (TCA 1), deepen your practice in the ancient art in this intermediate- level course. The 24 TCA 1 moves are connected to new TCA 2 forms, and Tai Chi principles are coordinated to satisfy your mind, body, and spirit. Registration required. Registration begins March 1 at 1 PM.
