Law of conservation of mass
The mass of a substance doesn’t change when this substance changes
from one state to another.
Matter is neither created nor destroyed but it just changes from
one state to another.
The mass of ice = The mass of water
The mass of juice = The mass of iced juice.
The mass of liquid before evaporation = The mass of gas after evaporation
even if we don’t see it.
In some cases: The mass before the change doesn’t equal ?
the mass after the change
As substance is mixed with other substances.
100 gm popcorn grain after cooking will be 97 gm
The loss in mas is due to the evaporation of water inside it.
