Dehydrated: lose too much amount of water without replace it

              during (sweat, breathe, go to bathroom).



               If you don’t have enough water (be dehydrated):



                   1. You feel thirsty.




                   2. Have a headache.






                   3. You feel tired and dizzy.




                   4. Your skin will dry.
