The case of the kitchen mystery

You have in front of you: salt, sugar, flour, unknown mixture
and lens.

Observation:

1- All substances have the same color.
2- Substances have different odors.
3- Sugar is made of large crystals; salt is made of small

crystals and flour is made of very fine particles.
4- The mixture is made of large crystals and fine particles so it

may be a mixture of sugar and flour.

Conclusion:

Color, texture, odor and shape are from physical properties of
matter.
