Physical state Ex: fluorine ( 2 ) – Chlorine ( 2 )
Their physical state is graduated from gas to
liquid to solid as follow:
- Fluorine ( 2 )
- Chlorine ( 2) gas
- Bromine ( 2) liquid
- Iodine ( 2) solid
Each element replaces the element below it in its
salty solution.
Ex:
2 + 2 KBr 2 KCl
2 + 2 NaBr 2 NaCl + 2
2 + 2 KI 2 KBr + 2
