Officer Fratangelo of the 78th Precinct made the arrest and charged Bernabe with assault, menacing, possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.IT WAS LOADED: Police say a 33 year-old man pointed a loaded gun at Kenny Johnson, 19, and two others on August 21 at 10:30 p.m. The three ran from Third Avenue and Bergen Street, Brooklyn, where the incident took place, to Nevins and Pacific Streets, where Johnson called the police. Officer Golden of the 78th Precinct arrested George Silva, 264 Gold Street, and charged him with possession of a loaded gun and menacing.HE STRUCK OUT: According to police, Sedaia Carmonna, 31, was struck about the body and head by Juan Miranda, 30, of 420 Bergen Street, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Dean Street. He also allegedly threatened to shoot her. He was charged with possession of a weapon and menacing.ALL u i itu s FATmLT: Police say Gary Finkelstein, 22, of Forest Hills Queens, fired shots at Angel Rivera, 2347 Brigham Street, Brooklyn, in front of 183 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn. He then ran into the building, where he met Ernesto Cortino, Rivera%u2019s father-inlaw, who police believe paid Finkelstein to shoot Rivera. Police also say Cortino was holding Rivera%u2019s wife against her will.
