An annual Youth Festival to be held on Auqust 19th at the Brooklyn Museum parking lot will commemorate the closing of the summer's cultural efforts and pay tribute to the %u201c International Year of the Child.%u201dSongs, dance and theatre entertainment provided by the youths will illustrate theaccomplishments of the youngsters in the various workshops.
