Brooklyn/Manhattan Ferry Stymied By City HallCity Hall is still dragging its feet and Brooklyn is still patiently waiting for an announcement naming the operator of a comI I I U I C I I t l 1 y 0 C 1 V I L L U C b T T V C l l 1 U ( T b l i U l t i b u ttan and Fulton Ferry Landing.The City%u2019s Department of Ports, International Trade and Commerce (PITC) has made a recommendation to City Hall and Deputy Mayor Alair Townsend is leading a working group of city officials in examining the recommendations.
