He lives in the Clinton Hillarea.Merchants Take Business Problems To CapitolTwo local businessmen will take the problems of sm all business owners toWashington, D.C. next week as Brooklyndelegates to the White House Conference onSmall Business.Salvatore %u201cBuddy%u201d Scotto, of ScottoFuneral Home in Carroll Gardens, andDavid Singer of Focus Electronics inBorough Park will give the Reagan Administration a Brooklyn-eye view of theproblems related to owning a smallbusiness.Both men were named by Brooklyn Congressmember Stephen Solarz for their involvement in both community and businessactivities. %u201cNeither of these men will beafraid to stand up and tell the White Housethat sm all business needs more, not lessFederal support and technical assistance,%u201dsays Rep. Solarz.The sm all business conference %u2014 only thethird ever to be held %u2014 will take place inWashington, D.C., August 17-21.
