BROWNIE STUFFED
ORANGES

6 oranges, largest ones you can find
1 box chocolate brownie mix

• Cut the top off of an orange, about ¼ of the way in to make sure
that you get through the pith and into the fruit itself.
• Using a spoon, carve out the orange leaving just the casing of the
peel.
• Make the brownie mix, and fill the empty orange ⅔ full.
• Replace the top and double wrap them in tin foil.
• Set them in the coals on the edge of the fire for about 35 minutes,
rotating ¼ turn every 10 minutes.
