PALOMA   COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

                                                   2oz of Olmeca Tequila
                                                .
                                                   1/2oz of lime juice freshly squeezed
                                                .
                                                   4oz of Schweppes pink grapefruit chilled
                                                .
                                                   Pinch of salt

                                                   Grapefruit or lime wedge to garnish

                                                   Steps:

                                                   Add the Olmeca Tequila, lime juice & pinch of

                                                   salt to the glass &  ll with ice cubes

                                                   Top with Schweppes pink grapefruit, stir brie y
                                                .
                                                   & gently to combine

                                                   Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wedge
