2.1. Introduction to Knees and Orthopedic
Healing
Typically, when one has orthopedic issues, physical therapy and/or
surgery is the recommended treatment. If surgery is the elected path,
there is a substantial expense, recovery time, risk and drugs which
have both intended effects and side effects that aren’t always
predictable.
In order for this method to be effective, the Client needs to be open and
willing and fully participate in the energy exercises. A calm, relaxed
state is also essential. People who are injured are usually fairly
motivated and open to doing what helps, yet of course, as with
anything else, this is not always the case,
In this chapter, you can witness numerous 1st hand testimonies of
people who experienced this 1st hand.
