2.5.1. Introduction to Healing Exhaustion

                       and Fatigue

Exhaustion and fatigue are common experiences that many
people encounter at some point in their lives. They refer to a

state of extreme tiredness and a lack of energy that can have a
significant impact on daily functioning and overall well-being.

Exhaustion and fatigue can arise from various factors, including
physical, mental, and emotional strain. Physical exhaustion may

result from overexertion, lack of restful sleep, or chronic health
conditions. Mental exhaustion can stem from prolonged periods
of intense cognitive activity, excessive stress, or emotional
overload. Emotional exhaustion often occurs as a result of

prolonged emotional stress, such as challenging relationships
                           or demanding life circumstances.

The symptoms of exhaustion and fatigue can manifest in

different ways, including persistent tiredness, difficulty
concentrating, reduced motivation, and increased irritability.
These symptoms can interfere with work, relationships, and
                           overall quality of life.
