What advice do you give to yourteam members when they joinForever?I make them understand that even if theydon't know it yet, Forever is a box ofsurprises and that everyone can findsomething in it, even beyond what one canimagine. I'm living proof of that.I like them to find in their inner self theREAL reason that pushes them to join me;even if they don't reveal everything to me,as long as they are honest with themselves.This \have a simple but not always easy job so Ihelp them to think about what they arewilling to sacrifice for this job. If theirdesire is strong and they let themselveschoose between succeeding andsucceeding, each at their own pace, we willget there.In my opinion, it is important to beteachable and especially, for some, toforget many things they learned before; todare to go beyond your limits, not to worryabout people who think they know it alland those who don't know anything aboutat all. Forever makes you free...truly freeand free of all kinds of constraints. Ialways advise my people to be proud ofthis gift they have to offer to the world butabove all to have as much fun as possibleduring this adventure.I AM. I'm theonly foreigner but also the only blackperson in the Top Benelux countries. I'm oneof the 40 stories in Forever's 40 YearsInternational book. What a recognition!What gives your life meaning?I love this company. I have a life mission that drives me to my core. I contribute to the worldin my own way: to improve people's lives in every way. I like to say that I make miracleshappen. There have been so many lives changed in these 10 years: seeing people smileagain, regaining their self-confidence, having a job that fulfills them, being happy%u2026 I'm sure Ididn't come to Earth to just walk away one day. I call myself %u201cimmortal%u201d. After me, there willbe stories, recognition, laughter, \Besides, my children are proud of me. Having raised them alone, I amaze them.The royalties from my company will be their legacy. Until the end, I'll go on. My main assetis my sense of human contact. For all these people that I have trained and will train andwho are part of Malou's Team, Forever will pay me even afterwards and my children will bethe beneficiaries.
