careful consideration and debate, they were
unanimously elected into membership.

Air. fred 8. Shearer, Jr., Chairman of the

Nominating Committee, reported that they
moved the nomination and election of

Mr. WilliamcJ.*Ferride to serve as Chairman

for the ensuing year. Ofe was elected by unan­
imous vote.

Tnll incoming Club members were advised
they would receive a set of specially created

glasses commemorating their affiliation

with the Past Presidents1Club.
