'The following Past Presidents of their respective

association were proposed for membership in

the Club:

Wi 111am Dervi 11 e, I. D. A., by A11anW. Chartier
John A. Haag, AS MM A, by John I. Lachat

After careful consideration and debate, they were
unanimously elected into membership.

Co-Chairmen of the Nominating Committee,

Mr. William Powell and M r John H Davis,

reported that they proposed the nomination

and election of Mr. Don Pugg Ies to serve as
Chairman for the ensuing year He was elected

by unanimous vote.

There being no further business to come before
tine meeting, it was adjourned.
