Magnificent trees:

flowers and foliage

From spring to fall, trees both large and small go through a metamorphosis
right before our eyes. In May, after the long winter has relaxed its grip,

flowering trees put on a display of gorgeous blooms and blossoms while all
other trees stand bare. Then, after the growing season has closed its doors for
another year, foliage trees are ablaze with autumn colours from gold to brilliant
reds. Trees shade us from the hot midday sun throughout the summer; leaves
whisper their own music in a summer’s breeze. And nut-bearing trees nourish
us all, people and wild creatures alike.

Trees are landscape royalty. They root us to the past and they make a promise

to future generations. When you plant a tree, you can’t help but look forward.
