Han-Kwon Kim
Dr. Han-Kwon Kim is Director of the Center for Chinese Studies and an
Assistant Professor at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy. He has a Ph.D.
in International Relations from American University in Washington DC, and did
postdoctoral work at Tsinghua University in China. In South Korea Dr. Kim is a
Policy Advisor to the Office of National Security, to the Ministry of Defense, to the
Ministry of Unification and to the ROK-U.S. Combined Forces Command among
others.
