Quality Control
All our products undergone stringent
quality assurance testing at every stage of
production.
From the very beginning, we only choose
fabrics that are proven to be comfortable,
colour fast and the strength to withstand
the all day, everyday wear and tear
uniforms need to meet.
We then test the fabrics against
Australian Standards, which
includes testing for piling, fraying,
colour fastness and rubbing. A 3 out
of 5 is a pass, however we only
accept garments that achieve a 4
out of 5 or higher. See the next
page for examples.
As the garments are made,
our factory checks the fabrics
for flaws before production
begins and of the final
product before shipping.
After all this, if our garments
don’t withstand fair wear and
tear, we will happily rectify.
