Wiese USA ofers the following voluntary beneits for team members only during open enrollment. To enroll,
call 866.900.3882. The call center will be open from Monday, October 25–Friday, November 5, Monday–
Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CST.
Short Term Disability Critical Illness Insurance
X Provides you the opportunity to protect your X Provides lump sum beneits at the diagnosis
