2017 Benefits Enrollment
Enrollment Process
VER has partnered with UltiPro to make your enrollment easier. UltiPro
can be accessed via the web and will feature important information
related to your beneits. The enrollment period has been scheduled for
November 5 through November 19, 2016. Employees must complete
enrollments during this time. Employees who do not complete the
enrollment process will not be allowed to join the plan until the next open
enrollment period or you experience a qualifying life event.

How to Enroll
1. Login to ew33.ultipro.com
2. Go to the “Myself” tab, then choose “Open Enrollment”
3. Click on “Open Enrollment for 2017 Beneits” to begin your
enrollment session
Note: you will need Social Security Numbers and date of birth
information for each dependent. All dependent information will
need to be entered into UltiPro for enrollment.
Remember, enrollment is required—you must accept or waive
coverage.
