2017 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
Beneits are an important part of your overall compensation package. Because
of this, Regional One Health offers you the opportunity to enroll in many
different plans. You may decide what is important for you and your family and
choose the plan(s) which meet your beneit needs. The choices you make will
be effective for the 2017 plan year the irst of the month following 30 days of
active employment.
Annual Open Enrollment
Our annual open enrollment period is October 17 through October 28,
2016. You can make change(s) if there is a change in family status (marriage,
divorce, birth/adoption of a child), change in spouse employment/beneits,
or job status change. If you have a family status change you have 30 days to
update your coverage.
During annual open enrollment, you must contact the Enrollment Call Center
if you are doing the following.
1. Making changes to your current elections
2. Enrolling in the lexible spending account (FSA)
3. Verifying a spouse (eligibility rules for spouses will change January 1, 2017)
If you are not making any changes to the above; all beneits will rollover
to the January 1 through December 31, 2017 plan year.
Reminder: this annual open enrollment is the only time a participant may
make changes to the plan without experiencing a qualifying event. Please
consider this when reviewing your options.
