Beneits Guide
Disability
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Short-term disability coverage is designed to help you meet your
inancial needs if you become unable to work due to an injury or
illness. The plan pays 60% of your weekly salary to a maximum of
$1,500. Beneits begin on the 15th day of an injury or illness. Use the
following table to determine your cost. It is important to note if you
do not sign up for this beneit as a new hire, you will be subject to EOI
prior to being considered for approval.
Please note that W. J. Bradley’s STD plan may impact beneits under
state disability plans.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Long-term disability coverage replaces some of your income during
a lengthy disability. Long-term disability beneits begin after you
have been disabled continuously for 90 days. The plan covers 60%
of earnings with a maximum monthly beneit of $10,000. Beneits
will continue until you are no longer disabled or your Social Security
Normal Retirement Age (SSNRA). Costs are age banded and listed
in the following table. It is important to note if you do not sign up
for this beneit as a new hire, you will be subject to a personal health
evaluation prior to being considered for approval.

401(k) Savings Plan
Now is the perfect time to enroll in W.J. Bradley’s 401(k) Savings
Plan. Starting early lets you save more towards retirement. Are you
