OPTIONS
AP Derm offers the following coverage options through Aflac.
Short Term Disability
This coverage replaces part of your income in case of disability due to
maternity, illness, or off-the-job injuries. If you were suddenly unable to work
due to an injury or illness, how would you continue to maintain your lifestyle
without a paycheck? Customized for each person, portable, guaranteed
renewable, maternity included.
Accident Indemnity Plan
Aflac pays cash directly to you for accidental injuries which happen to you or
your family and protects you both on and off the job.
Cancer Indemnity Plan
Cancer treatment can cause significant out-of-pocket expenses which aren’t
covered such as travel, lodging, childcare, and household help. Aflac helps
provide an important safety net in fighting the financial consequences of
cancer.
Life Insurance
Are you one of the 44% of all US households who either doesn’t own any life
insurance or believe they need more? Choose up to $500,000 in whole life or
term life insurance.
You will need to communicate with the AFLAC agent if you have
current policies which need updating, you need to enroll, cancel, or
change your current coverage, or if you have a claim to ile but don’t
know how.
