NOVEMBER 1 TO NOVEMBER 15, 2021
Re-enrollment is active, meaning all employees, current and
new, must actively re-enroll by November 15, 2021 to have
benefits beginning or continuing for the 2022 plan year, which
begins January 1, 2022.
