GPS is a web-based tool used to show clients ways to improve their plans through purchasing eficiency, eligibility management, health promotion, and
participant cost-sharing opportunities. Lockton uses this tool to create a customized long-term strategy for our clients’ health and beneit programs. What
makes this tool more than a list of things to do is its ability to estimate potential employee dissatisfaction, as well as the inancial impact of changes based
on client data, including demographics and claim costs.
