Select Participant Access
Click on “Register Here”
Enter your Participant ID, PIN, and Company Ticker
Symbol and click “Submit”
Follow instructions to re-register and setup security profile
If you are a new user and have not registered before:
Log onto www.astepsdiv.com
Select Participant Access
Click on “Register Here”
Enter your Participant ID, (SKIP Registration Code/existing
PIN), and Company Ticker Symbol and Click “Click Here”
You will be required to create Unique ID, password & setup
security profile

Quarterly Statement You will receive a statement of your account each quarter showing the
number of shares allocated to you and the average price of the shares. Please
retain these statements for your tax records.
Terminating Your You may terminate your participation in the Plan at any time by completing

Plan Changes Aegion retains the right to amend, modify or terminate the Plan at any time
and for any reason.
Voting Rights Each share of stock entitles you to vote on matters presented at meetings of
Aegion’s stockholders. Voting materials will be sent to you in advance of the
meeting.
Beneficiary When you enroll, you need to designate a beneficiary. If you die, any
uninvested contributions will be distributed to your beneficiary. You can
change your beneficiary designation at any time.
Rights As An This Plan is not a contract of employment and participation in the
Employee Plan will not confer on you the right to be employed by the Aegion or any of
its subsidiaries.
