Access to Care Online at Any Time

ABM’s plans through Kaiser Permanente ofer the option of visiting with a doctor without even
having to leave the comfort of your own home. When you don’t feel well, or your child is sick, the
last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room. Now, you don’t have to.

A virtual visit lets you see and talk to a doctor from your mobile device or computer. Most visits take
about 10–15 minutes and doctors can write a prescription* if needed which you can pick up at your
local pharmacy. Plus it’s part of your health beneits.

* Prescription services may not be available in all states or in all cases.
