To All Franke Employees

Education and communication are essential. It does not matter how strong
our benefits program is if we cannot also help you understand your options
and their value. This open enrollment guide is an important new way to
communicate Franke’s benefits program. Additionally, we hope this guide
helps educate and empower you and your family members to elect the
insurance coverage and benefit support you need.


This guide describes the competitive benefits package made available to you.
We know you rely on Franke to provide a comprehensive benefits program
covering a wide range of financial, physical, and emotional needs. We strive to
create an attractive benefits package, as we know attracting a strong workforce
is essential to Franke’s success.

offered to allow you to meet your individual needs. We provide life and

We hope you find this open enrollment guide useful as you weigh your options
as a family. Our HR team will sponsor open enrollment meetings and hold
benefit fairs November 5 through 16 to communicate more specific details
regarding our 2019 benefit options. We hope you will take time to learn more
about these offerings and make your 2019 benefit elections by the Friday,
November 16 enrollment deadline.
